Coram Deo

Coram Deo International Aid is a Christian charitable organization which seeks to provide education and medical aid to needy people in Haiti, witnessing to them the love of God and the truth of His Word. Adoration Christian School is CDIA’s only project at the present time. Children from Delmas area, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti are offered a Christian education, two nutritious meals, and medical care if they need it. Most of the children at Adoration school would not be able to otherwise attend schools because of poverty or disability. Grades Kindergarten through grade five are offered, as well as a special needs class to 120 students. Children begin their day with devotions and receive a Christian education.  UPDATE: Adoration Christian School collapsed due to the Port-au-Prince earthquake. We thank the Lord that the Lodders, Kim Gringhuis, and board members, Jim Kamstra and John Kottelenberg (who were visiting at this time) were not harmed. Mercifully, the school was not in session at the time, although there was a basketball tournament going on the playground. No staff or students were in the building at the time. At this time Karen, Maia, Kim, Jim and John are on standby to fly home with the Canadian Armed Forces plane. Randy will remain in Haiti at this time to locate Haitian staff, and try to protect our property. Please visit their website to see how you can help .
